Coody, adieu

Yesterday, the Northwest Arkansas Times offered up a glowing, happy trails send off for outgoing Fayetteville mayor Dan Coody, whose eight year term was, let's say, very interesting.

Many critics say the NWATimes has been something of a house organ for the Coody Administration, so the tearful retrospective isn't really surprising. Then again, not everyone in those parts was so sad to see the door hit him where the good Lord split him -- I.E. the always entertaining Iconoclast blog (second item down).
