It should be recognized that Chickenopolis International got its money from the git go.
Voting 101% for McCain did not prevent this conservative villa from taking money from
a black man's liberal stimulus program. No siree. Now we got's us more airport warehouse space,
and a parking runway for a welfare airport run with everybody's money to benefit the .001% of our community who use Chickenopolis International.

.

Well, pardon me for being parochial, but Marked Tree, Manila, Carlisle, De Witt and probably a couple of other nice little towns got some big bucks for their airports? How come not my nice little town, bigger and no doubt faster growing than the above named?
Heck, we don't even have an airport. Which, come to think of it, makes a lot more sense than handing Melbourne a cool half million for a new taxi way.
Of course, most of these small towns are located over in east Arkansas, no doubt an area which needs some stimulating, but airport improvements?

Looks like about 95 % of it goes to Eastern Arkansas. Still not understanding the hold that part of the state has in state politics.
