In the name of transparency

House Speaker Robbie Wills applauded the other day when the state lottery commission got a phone number. My friends at the Family Council, seeking a little more grassroots access than that, have thoughtfully compiled a full list of lottery commission members, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Should you wish to address them directly about one thing or another, here it is.

What about rules prohibiting lottery employees from playing the game?

I mean what if an employee of the lottery, say a minor one making $80,000, were to win one of the first lottery drawings? They get to keep it?
