Socks: In the garden

Well here's one I didn't see in the morning Democrat-Gazette:

The ashes of Socks, the "First Cat" of both the Arkansas Governor's Mansion during the Clinton years and then the White House, were scattered at the Mansion in March. A brief ceremony included First Lady Ginger Beebe's reading of a poem she wrote for the occasion.

So where's the poem?

I need to read the real thing because the prurient mind imagines too much in its place.

That just seems like a waste of a perfectly good dead cat.

Sorry, bugeyed, I'm sure your comment was meant to be funny......but it wasn't.

I'm not a "cat person," but any time anyone loses a pet, I am sorry to hear about it. The Clintons were owned by Socks for a long time. I'm sorry he isn't with us any more.

Hasn't this cat been dead for a while?

That is sweet and I wish we had a copy of the poem...

BTW, I can't tell from the picture, but was Socks a Kitler by any chance?
