Bet you can eat just one

Ninjapoodle shares a fine photo from WestieMama of the Double Swamp Burger, the specialty of the Bayou Bridge Cafe, she thinks in Dover, near Russellville. It's a two-pounder and the report is that the purchaser finished this one.

Our question: Where's the lettuce and tomato? It's not healthy without vegetables.

I see some pickles sliding out from under the top bun. Those count, right?

My thought exactly, Belinda. I'm just wondering how to approach eating the thing. I don't think my jaw would be able to get my teeth around the first bite.

I'm game!

Of course, I don't think I could "eat the whole thing" so to say.

But I like that greasy fried hunk of beef on a toasted bun.

Yeah, I just noticed the pickle sliding off of the side there. Would be a shame to waste that slice of pickle.

"Yes ... I'll have the double swamp burger, vanilla shake, and a defibrillator on the side."

It does look good, though.

Ahhh...

That's a burger, yo...

I couldn't finish it in...ummm...an hour...

But gimme 90 minutes...
