Second Saturday

If you want to expand your cooking horizons, the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute is offering a few cooking classes in the upcoming months.  Topics include (but not limited to) Sauces, Cajun Cooking, Sushi, Chocolates, Soups, Custards, Bread making, Fish, and Spices.  Some of these classes look downright fun, plus you get to do it all on top of Petit Jean Mountain.  Click here for more information.

I went to sign up for the first session online, but their website is apparently not up and running yet. Looks like you'll have to call if you want in.
