Webb Farms

Just north of the greater Swifton, Arkansas metroplex yesterday on Hwy 67, I came across this....

A gentleman from Webb Farms selling "Jubilee" watermelons...

I got this monster for 7 bucks.  And it was one of the smallest ones there.

Oh yeah...

It certainly is the season.  I saw numerous produce stands on the Arkansas highways yesterday.  Got a favorite one to tell us about?

I am surprised that you did not mention Alton Brown's "Feasting on Asphalt 2" stopping in Helena/W. Helena and featuring a local eatery. I can't remember the name of it, but it looked great. By the way, Alton mis-pronounced Helena, making the second "E" long. The show aired last Sat. i think
