'You want multi-culturalism, you got it'

From Sai Gon Cuisine, Chicken Red Curry, thanks to reader Desiree, who writes that "for only $8.25, you get a big, heaping double serving portion of chicken sauteed in red curry paste, cocnut milk, red and green bell peppers, onion, bamboo shoots, and basil leaves. The curry coconut sauce is wonderful, ladled over the sticky rice."

For some excellent red curry, or green curry may I strongly suggest E-San in Springdale, on W. Huntsville Rd. Prices are moderate.
If you're fond of coconut dishes try their coconut soup.
They offer a range of freshly prepared 'pad thai' dishes.
Next time out I promise I will take my camera, provided I learn to use it first.
Red curry is one of my favs. I've been fixin it for 10 yrs. Instead of coconut milk you can use soy milk. Be sure to add add fresh basil to it. Also, its one of those Thai dishes which work better with rice noodles rather than sticky rice which dilutes the flavors.
