That time of the year again.

Its my B-day.  And lets face it, what says birthday like a big honkin steak and some raw fish?   OK, so my tastes are a bit unusual.   We went to Wasabi

Thats a teriyaki glazed ribeye steak cooked medium rare.  Don't remember the price, but it was quite reasonable.  And tender.

That's the "Woo Pig Sushi!" roll above.  Described as "various fresh fishes with scallions".  I liked it, of course, but the surprise was my wife.  She also liked it, and she's not a fan of raw fish.  Very flavorful and highly recommended.

I'm a freak- so I go to unusual places for my birthday or other occasions.   Where do you go for a special day?
