Cheese bread

The Ninja Poodle, Belinda, has the bread itch, too and provides a step-by-step here on an ultra-cheesy, beer-powered loaf. Says she:

This loaf is made with beer and melted American cheese in the batter, then has Swiss cheese chunks added to the dough just before rising.  It is so good I can't even describe it.  Slices up beautifully, and then forms the foundation of the most amazing grilled-cheese sandwiches EVER.  For this batch (of sandwiches), I used sharp cheddar, smoked provolone, mozzarella, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.
