High on the hog

Yum. Jenny Robertson submits the photo and provides the commentary:

Parmesan-crusted pork chops with roasted vegetables and home-made smashed potatoes is a perfect weekend meal that carries over into excellent left-overs. With almost a quart of heavy cream, the potatoes are surprisingly airy, and the roasted vegetables pair well with the crispy crust of the pork chop, coated with Italian bread crumbs and shredded Paremesan cheese.

A quart of cream???? How many potatoes???

CORRECTION: Jenny advises she meant a PINT of cream. Still ....
