Lord of the Candy

Like Lord of the Rings? Like candy? Well, you're in luck. A couple of food bloggers with plenty of time to spare over the winter holidays recreated scenes from the Lord of the Rings movies using candy. Below is a picture from their site depicting the Battle of Pelennor Fields. You should check out their site for more pics.

These guys have made quite a stir in the food blogging world, and there is even a YouTube video. Despite whether you think this is a waste of time, silly, or awesome, you have to give these guys some creds for being able to make something like this. In a way it reminds me of all those Lego-Star Wars creations.

What would you recreate out of food if you had all the time in the world? Personally, I would like to see the Ben Hur chariot race, or something from Halo.
