Marvelous meat loaf

Kat Robinson's Tie Dye Travels has been over to Memphis and the Big Foot Lodge for some mighty fine looking meat loaf. She writes:

Meat loaf can so easily be messed up in a restaurant.  Too many places opt out for the bland and the predictable.  The offerings at Big Foot Lodge in Memphis are neither.  Instead, the mea tloaf is savory and flavorful, and the ketchup sauce's sweet tang provides a lush landscape of taste, a pure pleasure on the palate.

And if you don't get the cucumber salad, you're crazy.  The slightly vinegared sweetened chunks are made fresh each day, and bring to mind Grandma's best bread and butters, the ones sampled before the canning began.
