For a chain joint, Mimi's is pretty damn good, much better than standard Chili's/Applebee's fair that it would seem to complete with in the chain space.
Just seeing the name makes me want a muffin.

I went there a few months back with some friends and while everything was "pretty", not much of it was "tasty". Kinda reminded me of casino food the past few times I've been. Pretty desserts that were sugar and whipped fat with little to no flavor.
I completely agree that it's better than Chili's/Applebee's, but that's not really saying a lot.
