Coming soon

The Station, a grocery and deli, will open, likely in mid-November, in the space that previously housed Little Rock Paint and Wallpaper, in the wedge where Kavanaugh and Markham meet in Stifft Station. Owners Holly Ingebo and Casey Pierce say they’ll serve local and organic foods in the deli, with a menu that fluctuates depending on the availability of local foods. Locally roasted coffee and fresh juices will be on hand, too. In the grocery, they’ll offer vitamins, supplements, natural body care products, local wines and beer, periodicals and goods from local artisans. The owners plan, too, to hold classes and events, like gluten-free meetings and discussions on how to eat well on a budget.

A magnanimous idea for Little Rock and said location. Awesome. I can't wait.

Cool....parking could be a bit of a problem though.

Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Sounds like a cool place....can't wait to try it!

Wonderful addition to the city.

Now if we could just get a decent--a good and authentic--Chinese restaurant somewhere in Hillcrest....

I've been hearing murmurs about this for a few months now but didn't want to get my hopes up. Kevin finally confirmed it when I visited his booth at harvestfest, and he said there would even be bulk bins! As for parking, I think they're aiming primarily for people who will walk and bike to the store. I live 2 blocks away, so I know I'll be making the trek frequently.

Dang it! Why does something cool like this come AFTER I move out of the neighborhood!

I've had logic-free meetings but never gluten-free meetings.

HAPPY! Walking distance and open sometime other than Saturday morning.

Mordy, it is sort of like how they come up with the new joint degree programs after I finish school.
