Executive Eats.

This weekend's offering at the Little Rock River Market's Cooking Club is a class hosted by Chef James Coulter, the man in charge of eats at Forty Two, the Clinton Presidential Center's restaurant.  Folks who come out for Chef Coulter's class will be able to learn a couple of neat new recipes, watch a demonstration, and sample some Presidential (Center) fare.  Class runs 9-11 a.m Saturday on the third floor of the River Market.  There's a $10 fee for the class and a 50 person limit.  For more information, check out the River Market website or call (501) 375-2552.
