Ya Ya Ya...

Ya Yas Eat Arkansas.jpg

Another new West Little Rock food offering is coming in January.  Ya Ya's EuroBistro is slated to open January 22nd.  For now, the franchise is interviewing and hiring for its staff and working hard to decorate.  PB&J Restaurants (which also manages several Red Robin franchises out West) operates five other locations of this chain (alternately called "Yia Yia's" on the company website, though menus downloaded from the same show the Ya Ya's spelling), including outlets in Memphis and St. Louis.  The chain specializes in serving European style dishes like pasta, pizza, pizzettas, salads, and sandwiches in a beautiful setting.

Perusing the menu (which is already available at the restaurant), prices seem to be in the moderate range.  Some interesting partaking potentials include Ricotta Cakes with diced tomatoes and fresh mint; Beef Carpaccio with goat cheese, white truffle oil and baby arugula; and Black Tiger Shrimp Risotto with oven roasted tomatoes, sweet leeks, peas and herbs.  The average Joe will find plenty of different salad and sandwich choices on the lunch menu.  The new area eatery opens in the Promenade at Chenal -- to check out what you might get, take a peek at the PB&J chain website.
