McClard's: Top 10

USA Today provides a list of 10 great regional places to eat. McClard's Bar-B-Q in Hot Springs makes the list.

I've also been to Hansen's Sno Ball in New Orleans and Pepe's Pizza in New Haven, Ct. Good company.

I'll vouch for Louis Mueller BBQ in Taylor, TX (on the list). There is no finer Texas beef BBQ that you can find 6 days a week in a town as easy to get to as Taylor (less than an hour from Austin). You walk in, the owner cuts your meat for you right in front of you. Maybe the only indoor location in the world with free Wifi, but no AC.
