"Never Get Busted Again"
EX-COP PLANS VIDEO ON HOW TO HIDE DRUGS
Associated Press

A one-time Texas drug agent described by his former boss as perhaps the best narcotics officer in the country plans to market a how-to video on concealing drugs and fooling police. Barry Cooper, who has worked for small police departments in East Texas, plans to launch a Web site next week where he will sell his video, "Never Get Busted Again," the Tyler Morning Telegraph reported in its online edition Thursday.

I suppose my status as a sniiffer is questionable, but doesn't this smell like a sting? Do this, this and this; go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200?

As someone who practiced criminal law for a number of years the easiest ways to avoid drug arrest are:

1. Don't move your drugs in a car that has a busted tail light, head light, or brake lights that don't work.

2. Don't speed when moving your drugs by car.

3. Use turn signals and obey traffic lights and signs when moving your drugs by car.

4. Don't get in a knock-down drag-out fight with your girlfriend or best friend that results in the neighbors calling the cops.

5. If you are selling drugs on the street don't take off running when you see a cop car coming down the street.

6. If you are selling drugs out of a house in a reasonably normal neighborhood, don't sell drugs after 7:00 pm or before 7:00 am. The neighbors will notice your stupid customers coming and going, especially the loud music from their car, squealing tires and the yelling at 1:00 am and call the cops.
