Ever ask for a Coke at a restaurant and, without telling you they don't have Coke, they bring you a Pepsi ?  Or worse, you ask for Dr. Pepper - they give you that evil doppleganger - Mr. Pibb.  I find that annoying -- but hardly something to sue over.    Apparently Red Bull doens't find it a minor matter.  They sued a nightclub for doing just that thing - and won $679,000.
