Legal Wackiness Abounds

A man is facing foreclosure of his house because he refused to pay a $50.00 parking ticket.

Mary-Kate Olsen won't talk to prosecutors investigating Heath Ledger's suicide ( he played the Joker in this year's Batman movie) unless she is given immunity from prosecution.  Now why would she need immunity ?

Ever ask for a Coke at a restaurant and, without telling you they don't have Coke, they bring you a Pepsi ?  Or worse, you ask for Dr. Pepper - they give you that evil doppleganger - Mr. Pibb.  I find that annoying -- but hardly something to sue over.    Apparently Red Bull doens't find it a minor matter.  They sued a nightclub for doing just that thing - and won $679,000.

Cut! For filmmakers
