The Continuing Baggy Pants Crisis: 1st Arrest

In an effort to stop the nationwide epidemic of young people wearing "baggy pants" one Florida town has said enough is enough to this horrible fashion trend. Not only have they made it illegal to "sag" they have caught their first offender. Surely this will strike a blow to this scourge that is afflicting our cities. We might need to build bigger jails, but it will be worth it.

be patient, Melissa, next we'll decide how to set the charges based on what type of boxers/briefs the evil, mean law-breaking pants-wearing thug was wearing at the time. what if his boxers said JESUS LOVES MCCAIN or something -- well then, I havent been to law school, but bang that gavel and declare THAT saggy pants wearer NOT GUILTY.
