Who will win Best Actor?

Tom O'Neil breaks down the actors and the roles that could lead Oscar gold. He suggests that the race is between Peter O'Toole (Venus), Forest Whitaker (The Last King of Scotland) and Leonardo DiCaprio (The Departed or Blood Diamond). From all of the other buzz out there it makes sense, but I have not seen any of these films, so I really don't know.

Rumor has it that LR will get The Last King of Scotland on October 20th (thanks, PM).
