The Little Rock Film Festival officially kicks off tonight with a screening of "The Situation" at the Riverdale 10 on Cantrell. There will be a Q and A with the director following and then an after party at the Peabody Hotel. Buy your festival pass here.

Pleased by the U.S. Supreme Court decision in favor of guns, the president of the Arkansas Rifle and Pistol Association told newspaper reporters that the ruling would make it harder for legislators to introduce limits on gun ownership. /more/
