Matt Damon as Jason Bourne in Paul Greengrass's movie.

"The Bourne Ultimatum" opens on Friday.  David Denby of The New Yorker writes, "The material is formulaic, but, of all the current action franchises, this one is the most enjoyable."  Todd McCarthy of Variety loves the film.  "If they could bottle what gives "The Bourne Ultimatum" its rush, it would probably be illegal. The third and purportedly final installment in the mountingly exciting series is a pounding, pulsating thriller that provides an almost constant adrenaline surge for nearly two hours."   Nathan Lee of Village Voice notes, "This is, simply put, some of the most accomplished filmmaking being done anywhere for any purpose."
