"Shorty," The Moviegoer's resident kid film reviewer (she happens to 4 . . . almost 5) weighed in last night on "Horton Hears a Who."  "Very good and very funny," she said.  "You have to see it!"  The film has a 71 on Metacritic, including favorable reviews from Lisa Schwarzbaum of Entertainment Weekly and Kirk Honeycutt of Hollywood Reporter Anne Thompson of Variety notes that "Horton" will own the weekend box office.
