LITTLE ROCK FILM FESTIVAL

Unofficially, the Little Rock Film Festival kicks off tonight with a special screening of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" at Riverdale Cinema on Cantrell Road.  Afterwards, there will be a Q&A with Judge Reinhold moderated by Derek Jenkins.  You can purchase tickets here

In today's Arkansas Democrat Gazette, Philip Martin previews the festival's opening night film "War Eagle, Arkansas."  The film was produced by North Little Rock native Vince Insalaco, and several other Arkansans are attached to the film, in cluding my cousin, Will Churchill, who wrote the music.

The festival officially opens on Thursday night.
