You Have To Love This

Possibly a Code Pink protester, cross-dressing in knockoff hot-pink Chanel, upstaging the Plame testimony:

I mean, that little stunt took dedication, planning, timing, and probably a fair share of luck.  The absolute best photos of this I've seen were taken by flickr user jahat.

YES! This is rock awesome! Going old school with the protest, I love it. If the can impeach Clinton for lying about an affair, surely they can get W. for something in the last 7 years...or minutes...

I also heard Tom DeLay on NPR this morning promoting his new book of memoirs, in which he said, "No, I don't want to listen to Americans who don't have my same point of view." [sigh] He also didn't believe he had done anything, wrong, ever... born again status doesn't mean you get a free ticket to Heaven, Tom...

Technically, it kind of does (at least if he's Baptist or various other protestant flavors), but as far as I know it doesn't wipe your slate clean *on earth* or absolve you of all responsibility for anything you do for the rest of your earthly life!

Don't listen to Tom DeLay. It just angries up the blood. How did he get on NPR, anyway?

Just sifting through what I hadn't read...

You know, that's a great question, NPR was apparently on his interview list for promoting his book, which I'm sure is some veiled endeavor to fund his defense and keep him in the life he is accustom to. Hmmmm, 250K copies sold to Haliburton subsidiary "Dark Arts, Ltd.", that's strange....100K sold to the Defense Department for "troop enlightenment", also interesting....curious....
