To do Friday: Al Gore's 'An Inconvenient Truth' debuts here

One of the more talked about films of 2006, the documentary "An Inconvenient Truth," about Al Gore's work on showing that global warming is happening, will debut in Little Rock tonight at Market Street Cinema.

The Sierra Club and Lilly's Dim Sum Then Some are sponsoring an opening premiere of the movie at 7 p.m. tonight (it's also got showtimes this afternoon and at 9 p.m.) Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and there will be a brief question and answer session with Sierra Club members after the 7 p.m. showing, then the group will reconvene a block away at Lilly's for eats and drinks and more discussion.
