Movies in the Park is TONIGHT!

We  hope you didn't see a Movies in the Park schedule that had the date wrong, and that you know they are EVERY WEDNESDAY night, and that you're planning to be at Riverfest Amphitheatre tonight to see "The Nutty Professor," starting at dusk. That's the "Nutty Professor" starring Eddie Murphy (though we dream of the day that they'll run the Jerry Lewis version with the updated one; that would be a riot for the kids).

Admission is free, and you're allowed to bring in anything you want to enjoy the film, such as your own ice chest (cokes, beer, whatever you drink) and picnic basket. Just no glass containers, please. Ice cream and other items are available for purchase if you just want to bring yourselves. Bring a football, a frisbee, or the dog and kill some time between the park opening at 6 p.m. and showtime.

As Judge Wendell Griffen says, courage is not a vice (though critics seem to fault him for having it) but a virtue. /more/
