Daltrey's throat problems lead to more Who postponements

We're holding our breath and crossing our fingers, but it appears that Roger Daltrey's throat problems due to bronchitis may encroach on this week's Who concert at Alltel Arena. The Who is scheduled to play at Alltel on Thursday, March 22. The great Brit band has already postponed shows at Mexico City (March 17) and San Antonio (March 19), and the next day up is the show here.

The problems started last week in Tampa when Daltrey had to quit after one song because of his throat problem brought on by the  bronchitis. The Who plans to perform in Tampa again in May.

We've put in calls to Alltel Arena officials, but they've heard no word on whether their show is still a go.

Comments

Uh-oh...

Doesn't sound too promising. Especially with the Alltel folks not talking...
