Who are you, who, who, who, who?

This morning, everything looked good for the Who concert at Alltel Arena on Thursday. Pete Townshend said on his blog that lead singer Roger Daltrey was apparently well again after fighting bronchitis and throat problems. However, at 3 p.m., Pete had news that didn't sound good: Roger' sodium levels are down. Things are up in the air for Roger getting out on stage for the last four shows of this leg of the tour.

Somebody tell these guys a stopover at any number of fine Little Rock greasy spoons will alleviate Roger's sodium-level problem, and fast. Personally, we recommend the Buffalo Grill and a double-meat cheeseburger, chips, fries on the side with Heinz, a big bowl of chili cheese dip, and some nachos with guacamole. That should do the trick.

Comments

Where are the Who's trucks? I heard that the catering crew has already picked up the booze from Bullard's. Is the crew at least going through the motions? These things take a while to set up.

EDITOR: Yes, the ancilliary duties around the concert are ongoing as we speak and, according to Michael Marion, will until they're told it's postponed. Rumors were that hte Who's trucks were here, but they aren't parked outside Alltel at this moment.

Little Rock and the rest of the tour
The last four shows of the tour will go ahead. Roger has been advised by no less then three doctors that he is OK to perform and although I think he may still find the next few days hard (more shows in a row than we normally do) I'm sure we'll be great. Thanks for your patience. See you in Little Rock, Oklahoma, Tampa and Fort Lauderdale.
