Takin' over radio

New ambitious video from local MC Rockst*r. There must be 10 different locations here. It's definitely formulaic, but kind of charmingly so. The girl with the sucker, shots of Rockst*r with his crew and with the ladies — it's like a local production of a major rap video.

I spy KABF, Lulav, Dirtbag, TJ Deeter, Arkatext, SJ from 4X4, Bware, X2C and Maria V from Dat Heat, Big Piph, Razormack and Ron Mc from Backyard.

Jordan Atwater directed the video. She'll be shooting one for Epiphany's "Can't Tell" on Thursday at Revolution. They'll need extras 'round 3:30.

On Friday, at Medium's, Rockst*r releases his new mixtape, "Instant Classic." 10 p.m., $5.

As Judge Wendell Griffen says, courage is not a vice (though critics seem to fault him for having it) but a virtue. /more/
