RIP Pimp C

Pimp C, one half of the legendary Southern rap duo UGK, was found dead in an LA hotel today. Sad day for the rap world. Arkansas has always supported Pimp  and UGK in a major way. XXzotic, one of the state's rising stars, tapped the rapper to do a guest spot on a single last year and Pimp C came to the Statehouse Convention Center almost a year ago to perform.

Update: Looks like it might've been from natural causes. Also, Razormack.com pointed to the video above he put together of Pimp's Little Rock performance last year. With edits for the kids!

As Judge Wendell Griffen says, courage is not a vice (though critics seem to fault him for having it) but a virtue. /more/
