See Ben Nichols now, because you can't later

Hoping to catch a little live Lucero during the holiday season? Well, you've blown it. The Memphis rockers intimate show at White Water Tavern is sold out. All is not lost, though. On Friday, you can catch lead singer Ben Nichols at Sticky Fingerz at the after-party for the premiere of his younger brother Jeff's feature film debut "Shotgun Stories," for which Ben provides the musical score. $20 gets you a ticket to the premiere and after-party. The movie starts at 7 p.m. at Market Street with the after-party to follow at Sticky Fingerz. You can get tickets at Market Street, the Arkansas Times office or Sticky Fingerz. THEY'RE ABOUT TO SELL OUT, SO JUMP ON IT.

Comments

Are there dates associated with any of these events, by chance? As I search the archives for Lucero, I also notice there is never any mention of the Whitewater show in the first place. Here's a thought: post something about the show BEFORE it sells out. Nothing like hearing how good a party was after the fact.

These things are starting to read like the KATV website: "Car wreck somewhere, details after we move to the next car wreck."

Is a little info before it's too late to act asking too much?

And yes, I'll admit I'm just pissed because I would like to have been able to buy a ticket.

calmwriter, i assure you missing a LUCERO show is not the end of the world.

In fact, seems to me like you dodged a bullet.
