Canstruction

Canstruction, the annual Arkansas Foodbank fund raiser kicked off yesterday. With just 12 hours at their disposal, teams comprised of local engineers, architects and construction workers collaborated to build elaborate sculptures made out of cans, all of which will eventually line the shelves of the foodbank. In the meantime, you can see the entries through Feb. 7 at the Clinton Library. Entry fee is $3-$7. Saturday night, Ginger Beebe will host an awards reception, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., $25.
