Deadline for the 1st Arkansas Music Video Competition



A reminder:

The 2nd Annual Little Rock Film Festival, May 15-18, 2008, will be hosting the 1st Arkansas Music Video Competition. We will be accepting music videos exclusively featuring musicians or director/producers from Arkansas. We will have an awesome event on Saturday May 17th at The Revolution Music Room, where we will have cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while screening the top submissions on three huge screens, next we will present the winning video director with an award and prizes, then we will have the best group from the top music video perform a set onstage opening for a major TBA touring band. We are accepting entries at the LRFF office, 217 W. 2nd St., Suite 201, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72201. Submissions should include 2 copies of the video in DVD format, $10 submission fee, and a document listing the name of the band along with band members names, names of Director(s)/Producer(s), city of resident, exact length of time of music video, production dates, and contact info including email, address, and 2 phone numbers. Not many were shocked when Curtis Lavelle Vance was found guilty last week of capital murder, rape, residential burglary and theft of property in the October 2008 beating death of KATV anchor Anne Pressly. /more/
