Rock Candy

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Russell Crowe is developing a project based on comedian Bill Hicks, who went to high school in Little Rock and later, at 32, returned to be with friends and family before dying of pancreatic cancer.

Crowe looks passably like Hicks. But then, you know, there's the whole acerbic  comedian side of him (self-described as “Chomsky with dick jokes”).

This sounds like a terrible idea.
