Wrestling "The Wrestler"

New York Press film critic Armond White tries to fight the hype in his year end "Better-Than List." For instance, he claims "Transporter 3" is better than "The Dark Knight" and "RocknRolla" is better than "Slumdog Millionaire."

He also gives Little Rock love. "Shotgun Stories" is better than "The Wrestler."

Jeff Nichols’ moving Red State family feud tragedy was ignored by Blue State critics who prefer white-trash WWF stereotypes to encourage their sense of class superiority.

Too bad we Red Staters haven't had a chance to weigh in yet.

Mickey Rourke, where you at?
