Crossett School Board votes to end their school uniform policy

It seems that the Watson Chapel School is not the only Southern Arkansas community with a controversial uniform policy.  Crossett will be uniform free at the first of the year.  The article in the Ashley News Observer states that there was even a threat of a law suit.  The lawsuit never materialized, the family chose to send their child[ren] to Hamburg instead.

A dispute over a River Market hotel development was settled last week when it was announced that the McKibbon Hotel Group wouldn't build an Aloft Hotel at Clinton Avenue and Commerce after all. /more/
