As someone who is studying economic development, specifically with the intent of helping rural communities, I thought this article was great. Not only were the descriptions and obeservations keen, but the planning points were well-made. While Arkadelphia is truly unique, many of the things in this article also hold true for some of Arkansas' other "forgotten" cities.

Good find Adam. Greatly enjoyed.
