The Baxter Bulletin's Op-Ed page heats up:

As I've posted before, Marion Cty. (North Central AR) has a ballot inititive asking voters to vote the County Wet.  This is a real treat.  In order to get the dad-gum thing on there in the first place, someone had to get 38 percent of the voters to sign a petition.  All other questions require 10 percent.  (Thank you Lu Hardin.)

Now we have dualing letters to the editor.  Long live democracy!

Oh and Arkansas Student, this also falls under the ED catagory.
