Forrest City gets a sales pitch:

The Arkansas Good Roads Transportation Council (AGRTC) is on a media blitz to educate Arkansans about how good roads are safer and make us more competitive with industry.  The AGRTC says there is a 15 billion dollar gap between our available funding and our project and maintenance needs.
