Madison Cty had highest voter turnout in Ark

Sixty-five percent of Madison County's registered voters made it to the polls in this month's mid-term election.  The Madison County Record attributes the large turnout to the number of important local races on this year's ballot.  On top of having the highest turnout in the state, the County also had unofficial returns for every precinct before midnight.  Way to go Madison County!  It's great to see healthy Democracy.  I really do wish that more citizens voted.
