Pine Bluff Voters to decide "living wage" question on Tuesday:

The measure was put forward when the Pine Bluff chapter of the ACORN gathered the required number of signatures necessary to put the question to voters.  If the measure passes, the city of Pine Bluff and its contractors will be required to pay employees a living wage.  The initiative does not extend to private businesses.
