Touting the safety and economic development aspects of highways, the Better Roads Better  Future Group made their pitch to Arkadelphia recently.  They would like to see the State budget surplus go toward highway improvements.  The only problem with that is that, according to their own numbers, 100 million will only improve 17 miles of highway.  That's not much.

The group also has a website.  Check it out.
