A couple of Conway notes:
First off, Conway is the home of yet another dinning establishment with a private club license. I for one wish that the legislature would address the alcohol issue for good--or at least in a mature way, one befitting adult beverages. There is no reason--save protection of the sacred three tier alcohol distribution conspiracy--not to allow cities of the first class to vote on their alcohol status, or in the alternative, to allow some sort of damp status for counties.
Secondly, the Conway A&P commission voted to promote Conway's image via an ad campaign. The first act should be to fire their current ad agency, Abacus. They spend a considerable chunk of change on advertising now, but for what I'm not sure.
