Beebe makes a trip to the promised land

While his balanced budget was being unveiled in Little Rock, Beebe was in Jonesboro for the announcement of a $60 million dollar hair-products plant. A sure sign of confidence in his budget I'm certain. Great for Jonesboro too though. Jonesboro is very excited about the number of connections they have to Beebe. They campaigned hard for him up there and brought out the votes.
