FGC issue forums fail to interest local TV news: story lacks sex, drugs, and violence - or Bigfoot

Gallons of ink spilled on the Fayetteville Government Channel issue forum story, and I haven’t seen a mention on local television news yet.

If only someone had mentioned Bigfoot - KFSM would have been there in a flash.

Ah, well.

Jay Cole and his “Woman Problem”

Quite a letter from Brother Jay Cole, Jr. in today’s NWA Times. Did anyone else pick up on the particular satisfaction he seemed to feel when he wrote about the woman being hit by the car?

This from a man who once seriously wrote that men should only marry women shorter than they were, so that the woman would have to physically look up to them . . .
