Apologies to Walt Eilers . . .

With word that Walt Eilers is in for the long-haul, one has to wonder where all the speculation originated that he would be the first to drop out of the Fayetteville mayoral race.

Over-eager Coody supporters, perhaps?

In 2004, Cyrus Young was branded by the Coody troops as Fayetteville’s Ralph Nader, a candidate who would siphon votes away from the only true progressive candidate. I wonder the same tactic will be tried this year?
