Dems call one-night karaoke truce

Even as the Democratic primary campaigns get more heated as the May 23 voting day approaches, staffers and party officials are joining together tomorrow night for a karaoke party at Sticky Fingerz called the "First Annual Democratic Fling 'n Sing."

(Seeing as karaoke usually involves a second-rate rendition of other people's original work, does this actually constitute a break from the normal course of business?)

Anyway, it's for a good cause (proceeds benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society), and we're told state Democratic Party chairman Jason Willett has promised to sing Elvis.
